1 year warranty
We are proud of the quality of our jewelry and we are committed to offering you pieces that are made with care and according to the highest standards. All our jewelry is covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, which protects you against any manufacturing defects.
During this warranty period, if you notice a manufacturing defect on your jewelry, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with your order number and a description of the problem as well as a photo of your jewelry. Our customer service team will assist you with the process of returning and replacing the faulty jewellery.
Please note that our 1 year warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling or normal wear and tear from everyday use.
Outside of the 1 year warranty period, we are happy to provide repair services for your jewelry. If your jewelry needs repair due to accidental breakage, wear or any other damage, our team of experienced craftsmen will be happy to restore it for you.
To request a repair service, please contact us providing us with photos of the damaged jewel and a description of the problem. We will assess the repair needed and provide you with an estimate and instructions for returning your jewelry to our workshop.
Repair costs will be assessed based on the type of damage and the complexity of the repair required. Our goal is to provide you with quality repair service at a reasonable cost.
