Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Eligible Products
Jewelery must be returned in its original condition, unworn and accompanied by its undamaged original packaging.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via studiosophietam@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with all the information needed to ship your jewelry. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your returned jewellery, we will refund the total amount of your purchase, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
